We conducted our first shoot last week and it was overall very successful as we got some very interesting and clever shots. The footage that we shot was one of the training scenes which involved running round local streets. When on set we had some shots in mind however we managed to get a variety of footage which was also not planned due to us looking over footage that we had shot and trying it from different angles which in fact looked a lot better. We made sure we got enough footage so that when we are editing we have got lots to include and can have a choice on certain shots.
Above is a short video of the location which we decided to shoot at. We had to make sure that our locations for our shoots were correct as it has to portray quite a working-class background and as a group we felt that the location we chose was near on perfect. We decided to go into welling and shoot around Lovel Avenue we wanted the homes to be attached because we thought that if the houses were all detached it gives a more of a wealthy feel which we was not going for.
